SOFO delivered a full retail fit-out solution, supplying and coordinating all required trades from start to finish. Works included building services, partitioning, finishes, and detailed fit-out elements tailored to the pan-Asian concept. By working proactively with Centre Management and the landlord’s teams, we ensured approvals, logistics, and programme milestones were aligned, allowing the project to progress efficiently and without disruption to the wider centre.
SOFO demonstrated a highly professional approach throughout the fit-out of this pan-Asian restaurant, working collaboratively with our property management team and Centre Management from the outset. Communication was clear, proactive, and solutions-focused, ensuring the project progressed smoothly within a live retail environment.
