The project involved the full strip-out of a large, fully functioning nightclub located within a major leisure destination. At the point of commencement, the venue was effectively ready to operate — all that was required was stocking the fridges. Despite this, the entire interior needed to be removed to enable a complete change of use. The scope went far beyond a standard strip-out and included: Full removal of nightclub finishes, services, and structures Removal of structural floor sections Infilling of openings within the existing concrete slab Construction of new structural floor extensions to suit the new layout All works were carried out within a live shopping and leisure environment, requiring absolute control over noise, access, dust, and safety. Given the complexity and structural nature of the works, close coordination with the landlord and their managing agents was essential throughout.
