A phased, methodical strip-out and structural works strategy was implemented to ensure safety, compliance, and programme certainty.
Key elements of the solution included:
Detailed pre-planning of structural removals and floor infill works
Careful sequencing of strip-out activities to protect the base building
Temporary works and protection measures to maintain safety at all times
Precise execution of structural floor infills and new floor extensions to create the required load-bearing platform for the new use
Regular communication with the landlord and landlord’s agent was maintained throughout the project, ensuring transparency, approvals, and coordination at every stage.
Health & safety was treated as a non-negotiable priority, with:

Zero incidents or near misses recorded during delivery

The project successfully transformed the space from a fully operational nightclub into a structurally prepared shell, ready for the fit-out of a trampoline and activity theme park within the centre.
