Acting as principal contractor, we delivered a fully coordinated fit-out package from shell condition to handover. This included managing all trades, integrating specialist leisure installations, constructing themed finishes, and delivering a custom-built American bar as the venue’s focal point. Close collaboration with all stakeholders ensured approvals, logistics and interfaces were handled seamlessly throughout the build.
The team delivered a complex, multi-activity fit-out as Principal Contractor with excellent control over programme, compliance and stakeholder coordination.
