As principal contractor, we coordinated and delivered all trades to provide a full retail fit-out, managing the project from shell condition through to final handover. Particular focus was placed on finish quality and sequencing, ensuring specialist elements such as microcement walls, bespoke joinery, wood cladding and feature lighting were executed to the highest standard. Close collaboration with the Centre Management team and landlord’s representatives ensured a smooth programme and strict adherence to design intent.
